My level of confidence in them is extremely high indeed.
I like the service an awful lot.
I know any problems will get sorted.
I trust them.
They respond to customer suggestions.
Shipping time from Canada to here is extremely quick by a highly
detailed tracking mechanism. Play TrackTheParcel online!
I don't worry about VAT/Duty.
I love their FlexiCart system.
They add items to their stock that customers request.
They try to sell the best version of a film, or both if there's a
choice to be had.
There are often little competitions and promo's such as this.
The website has had a LOT of customer suggestions on it (e.g. the
totals in the FlexiCart is one of my requests by way of example, the
printer friendly output was another customer's request, etc).
They have a customer community similar in some ways to UKHA_D.
They offer superior packing methods to protect the discs.
:
And I met up with their main honcho John and some of the other regular
customers last year when he flew over to surprise us at a Depot
Meeting in London. The free t-shirt and DVD helped too! ;-)

I possibly could save some by shopping around but the little extra I
pay overall goes towards the above which I very rarely come across.
