They sent me out a replacement mainboard for my VIGOR on spec, which I then
held on to for about 6 months! - nary a hassle from the guys, despite me
having £200 of free spare parts out of their stock!

I too have never had any problems with mine, and I wouldn't fault either it
or Seg in any way...
