I have an external 3Com/US Robotics I-Modem - it's a full ISDN TA but also has analogue support. You can dial into it with an analogue modem, and get a v90 connection (because it is connected digitally).

So, you could dial in to it with a 50k+ connection

[ukha_d] ISDN to Analogue to ISDN
.

Category:

Hi Can any one help with this one. I need a ISDN terminal adaptor that
will allow analogue connections. I.e. I want to have the server use the
ISDN line for RAS and I want to connect to the server using a lappy and
an analogue modem. I've currently got a Eicon TA (Supplied with the
server from Dell.) which specifically supports an analogue connection
but its died and Eicon have discontinued it.

any help/advise/url's greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks
Rob
