Stuart,

I have seen quite a few ISDN routers on eBay. I personally use the Netgear
RT328 and have seen these for 30-50 quid on eBay.

Only needs a network connection and is dead easy to setup via either a
serial link or telnet into it (assuming you know it's IP from the start)
