Hi All

OT, I know but I wonder if someone out there can help me?

I've just installed BTopenworld "Pay as you Go" Internet Access
on a friends computer running W98 and it all worked well to start
with.
Just clicking on the BTopenworld icon made the PC dial out and
forward the User Name and Password, so no problem.

After loading an old version of Office 97, it only came with W98
loaded, we found that we had a problem.

Clicking on the BTopenworld icon brought up the "Connect To"
window, which hadn't appeared previously and what's more the
Password hadn't been saved.

To make it more annoying the "Save Password" box wasn't
"operative" so I couldn't tick the box to make the machine
remember the password for next time!

I imagine that there's got to be some simple fix to make the
"Save Password" box operative but I can't find it!

Have you any suggestions please?

Cheers

Tracey
