I think it is time to dip my toe into wireless ethernet water; but I am a
complete wireless beginner, so forgive the dumb questions.

I guess my requirements/questions are:

How many wireless cards (PCI and PCMCIA) does a hub support?
I would like a 10/100 4(+, 8 would be better) port ethernet hub, with
wireless capability (do they work like this?).
Don't need NAT, DHCP or a firewall (smoothwall covers this, along with
Internet connection).
I want to roam with my laptop, but still connect to the Internet via the
firewall.
What are the recommended brands; I have looked at Linksys and 3com; any
dogs
to avoid?
