Sadly I live in the dark(er) ages of Mail Clients ... I still use
Pegasus Mail v3.12 and it just cannot cope smoothly with Gareth's
emails. I'm assuming here that their format is because of some
funky Notes thing, after all the recent Lotus Notes discussion. Erm
(squirms embarrassingly) so I have a rule setup just to delete them
(and for others posting in a similar format).

I know I should upgrade my client but a) Pegasus has built in virus
email protection (it isn't Outlook!) and b) I tried the latest v4 and
started losing emails, so I went back to v3.12.
