got it now cheers
I've now got all the constituent parts to
write my
ColdFusion page...
incidentally adding &_extended=1 here will
cause an http 500 internal server error.
i.e.
matches= 0=11,0,0:3 Doors Down 1=1,0,0:AB/DC 2=1,0,0:A Brief
History Of Ambient - Vol 1 Disc 2 3=2,0,0:Adrian Legg 4=13,0,0:Alice
Deejay 5=1,0,0:Andy G's Starsky & Hutch Allstars 6=11,0,0:Artful
Dodger 7=1,0,0:artist 8=3,0,0:Ash
I can use this to populate a drop down
list.
take the text after the : as the artist
name
and
give you tracks by that artist
i.e.
150=TBe Like That 190=TBe My Side 170=TBetter Life 180=TDown
Poison 130=TDuck and Run 110=TKryptonite 160=TLife of My
Own 120=TLoser 140=TNot Enough 1a0=TSmack 1b0=TSo I Need
You
populate another drop down...
I already have a ColdFusion plug in to control
winamp and can now generate the streaming file...
Cool :-)
incidentally
gives you all the mp3 with artist in the id
tags
hence the red herring earlier.

pronto - windows help required
Andy,
Try "&_extended=1"
(no
quotes).
HTH
Stuart
If I try _extended=1 or extended=1, I get
a
http 500 internal server error back. No
data.
:-(
