Gareth,
I have this problem everytime I call Airborne. It normally takes 3-4
minutes of asking to be put through to "Customs Clearance", then someone
finds
the (paper!) file.
My tracking number has never worked on their website, but I've
been
able to talk to operatives at Airborne several times, and at various points
in
the process.
Sorry - accessing the group from a mate's PC, and don't have my
tracking
number to hand.
