You could use web cam to send an email to homeseer, then use the email to trigger the event....

One more question for you Michael.

 

Do you know if web cam control can trigger an external program when it detects movement as well ?  The reason for this is I have a batch file that use the HSC.exe program to launch a HomeSeer event, hence allowing the cam to integrate with Homeseer.
