Yes
- if your TV can accept NTSC. Actually the same with DVD players - if
your TV can't then the NTSC picture will be displayed as
B/White.
I
don't think there are many TV's left these days that don't accept
NTSC.
We often get the
pop-up ads for Xcam's for $$$ etc.
My understanding would be that
the
video from these devices would be in the NTSC format.
Most of us have
multiregion DVD players or VCR's that can playback NTSC tapes on a PAL
TV.
But can the TV itself display NTSC directly? I checked my TV
manual and it shows that it can accept three types on NTSC
signals(expected from a VCR).
My question is can these USA
devices be used in Europe?
