First
smart home fair in Spain
INTERDOMO
has been presented as the first smart home fair which will take place in
the
Fair Trade Pavilion of Jaén, Andalusia (Spain) from April 11th to 14th,
2002.
The
fair bacomes as University of Jaén and Ferias Jaén initiative with
Domotica.Net
collaboration and the Spanish Association of Domotic, CEDOM, support. Other
firms have joined the proyect too, like Domodesk,
Cibersur and Domotique News.
The
event organization, after many years working in the home systems field, has
notice several problems around this new science, which could begin to solve
with
the cellebration of this fair. On one hand the huge unknown from the
society,
the final beneficiary of the automation systems installation in the homes;
and
on the other hand the lack of promotion from many companies, without
resources
enough to afford and advertising campaign.
INTERDOMO´02
counts with several companies involved with home networking and home
automation
electric systems as manufacturers, distributors, intallers and engineers.
The
exhibitors dispose up to 26.000 square meters and several conference
rooms.
