According to the faq it has two dimm sockets for 72pin edo ram  so as long as the current memory is 1x32 and not 2x16 then a 32 meg dimm will work and is about £26 plus vat from Crucial.
 
Gareth could you check on the configuration of the installed memory with the supplier please?

I think with all the solutions now, we'll be all be able to get it going. 
Only thing we might need more memory for a later OS, wonder if a 32mb dimm
will work to bring it up to 56max :)
