OK, will do a new house build but may not have a garage. was thinking of
two possible places:

a) In utility room.
whats good: Will be able to have a full size 19" cabinet/rack, front
and rear access. Easy to get access to.
whats bad: utility room will have washing machine/dryer/sink so possible
wet floors now and then, condensation perhaps. Back door to house is here
so increase of someone poking about.

b) In attic.

whats good: unlikely to get interferance from kids, can use open 19"
rack. adding stuff later would be easier to route.

whats bad: having lots of mains operated stuff in attic might be a fire
risk? not as easy access (but this might be good

any recommendations?
