Title: Message
...who complain about the Off Topic posts.

Put a message up today about my printer failing - certainly not HA related - and have had two replies on the group from people nailing down exactly what the problem was and where it was.

I spoke with HP directly today ... they wouldn't help me because my printer was out of warranty. When I pleaded for a couple of minutes of their time they did relent but gave me nothing in the way of useful information and certainly didn't come anywhere close to the actual problem.

So ... once again this group has provided information that I wasn't going to get from anywhere else that I had access to and has saved me having to find some way of funding a replacement for a while!

Phil
