There's a place in .au which sells them ... there's a link from
dansdata.com.  I've not found a UK supplier, but it's just a bit of
soldering.  All you need is a CF socket, an IDE socket, a power socket and
master/slave jumper/switch.  Connect them together on a PCB and you have an
adapter.
