Update for those people interested in the creation of the newsgroup.
The RFD seems to have finally made it onto the news servers so should
propogate to all servers very quickly now.

The discussion will continue until January 22nd so there is plenty of
time for people to join in at uk.net.news.config.

IIRC Google are usually up to 24 hours behind so if you use Google
for reading/posting, you may not see the RFD or even today's postings
for a while yet. (At present they do not seem to have any messages on
their archive past 23.59 last night)
