Yeah, it was the view of TS I was interested in though although I'm not
sure how it will pan out in the long term. I'll hang off until my local
TS office comes back to me with their thoughts and see where to go from
there. Keep us all posted if you get a reply though ;-)

Not cold water, just a differing view on it. My letters were sent

Quite soon Kodak have reduced their liabilities by half :-) now it's
only a =A31m problem as opposed to =A32-3m.=20

If I was in charge of Kodak, that is *exactly* what I would do. The
general consensus is that Kodak has made a contract and they should
honour it. If they don't, then tell them your intentions are to go to
court for loss of bargain. How many letters do you think Kodak have
actually got? <100 I'd say.=20

My letters have been sent. How many people in UKHA who ordered a camera
have sent a letter?
