One small point to note is ...

Whilst the coax is lower quality than cat5 it does have one advantage, it
is broadband.
i.e. it can carry multiple channels. This means that local tv can choose
which channel to watch using it's tuner
BBC1, ITV, dvd player, set top box etc
This is because additional items can be modulated onto the aerial feed to
build up your own broadband set of channels.

Whereas using KAT5 the tv becomes a monitor and cannot choose which channel
or source. You must patch this in node0. Basically you can no longer use
the tv's tuner.
Of course a remotely controlled KAT5 switcher would be great, allowing
choice of source along with high quality.

Consequently I have both multiple cat5 and dual coax to each room in the
house.
