Oh bugger ... John Hill currently has the 4Gb drive and IDE adaptor I was supposed to send you!

Just found my old 2.1 gig IBM laptop drive!  This might be just the job for my Book PC - should be relatively quiet.

 

Can anyone give me a link for one of those kits to mount a laptop drive in a desktop (rails and IDE/power adaptor).
