Title: Message
Kodak dude just been on 5 Live spouting the the email confirming the order was the 'Invitation to Treat'
Ho, Ho, Ho, :-)

He said 25 people had ordered on New Years Eve @ £100 and were told it was a mistake. He said they had then removed the link, which was like taking ti from the shelves, but you could still get to it using a bookmarked URL.
Bluff to try to stop people chasing them up.

BTW those other Trading Standards officers are wrong !! The email I received states
"Please keep this message as your receipt of the purchase." So I have a receipt for a purchase and expect my Credit Card to be debited only when the goods have been dispatched. My Online Order status remains @ PROCESSING yet they have changed it to not show the full Credit Card number as it did earlier today. Why have they not cancelled my order??

This is a balls up similar to Hoover and there is no way out for Kodak. It will cost me an afternoon an £13 to go to the small claims court while it will cost Kodak more than the £200 that they may loose. Their big problem is that they physically can't fulfilll the orders!!

Michael
