Me too, Wanted my details to be passed on to Linda McAuley (BBC Radio
Ulster
Consumer Affairs lady). I declined. He said that Small claims court would
cost £13 and to go for it. He also used the term 'egg on their face' when
refering to Kodak.
Stuart (Trading Standards Officer) told me he would be all week sorting out
this mess !!
God Help Herts office as they have to deal with all the complaints and put
them to Kodak Head Office !!

All we need now is an address to send my demand for my camera or else
"See
you in court suckers!"

Stuart sounded as if he wished he had ordered one :-)
