I would have to say give tony@xxxxxxx a go at it.

I am a cussy funt and I am realy happy with the level of service and
support
the comapny provide. They are now basing their servers in Docklands, so you
should get a decent ping from most parts of the UK. Try ping 217.204.38.21
to see what you think. ( I get a 25 ms average from Belfast on cable modem)
