Yep...as retailers we are always at pains to keep the "good will" of our customers.  Whether that will be a concern in this case is doubtful though.  If they DO retract then we should be thinking about how we might persuad them to honor it.
 
Anyone any contacts with News Papers, Trading Standards (Phil?) The Register etc etc?
