NOT A Bargain] Kodak 3.1 Mp camera for £100

Gents,

 

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.  On waking up this morning, I have yet to get a confirmation email, so thought a call to Kodak Customer Services was in order.  The conversation went something like this.

 

ME:  Ordered on your website, no confirmation email.

Kodak:  Was that for a DX3700 bundle £100 sir?

ME:  Thats the one.          

Kodak:   Unfortuantly that was posted to our website by a malicious employee, who has now been fired.  The real price is £299 just for the camera, but we understand that our customers will be disappointed, and will offer you a 10% discount.

ME:  Well its not the customers fault if your website is advertising the incorrect price.

Kodak:  Im sorry sir, all I can offer is 10% off.

ME: Not interested, thank you.

 

END CALL

 

What a disapointment.

I’ve just done a search on www.kelkoo.co.uk and the cheapest deal I can find on a DX3700 is £279 from The Mobile Shop but that doesn’t include the extra memory card or £326 from Internet Cameras Direct with a 32MB card (but no photo paper)!

 

Mark – you may go into the archives of Ukha_d history as the finder of the one of the best bargains ever !!
