Thanks for the input guys.

Managed to pick one up for just over =A31600. The results on a cream
painte=
d wall are quite impressive.

Just waiting for the screen, pronto and some X10 modules to arrive then I
c=
an really begin to play.

Sadly, to keep the other half happy (New dishwasher, decorating and Feb
hol=
iday !!), the HomeVision will have to wait.=20

Time for an email to Keith about component versions of the KAT5 modules I
t=
hink.

Cheers.

Scott.

I cant say it was that noticable - we demo'd one next to a VW10 Sony unit
(=A35k) - yes there was more line structure visible, but not that much,
Certainly not 3 grands worth ! Might be better spending the extra on a line
doubler.

<< I'm looking at upgrading my now 8yr old 28" to a larger
wide-screen. I
noticed the new Sony vpl-hs1 cineza LCD projector at about the same price.
Anyone have any experience of this model ? I know it's at the bottom end of
the projector market as such, but seems to be getting favorable reviews.

Yeah, I've used a couple. They have gaps between the pixels. If you walk
up to the screen you'll see a matrix of unlit areas. It's OK rom 8-10
feet
away though.

Andy
