Hi Guys, Jo here...

Just thought I'd let you know that Phil should be back later this
evening ... Unfortunately things got a little out of hand down at
Powerhouse yesterday but they can only hold him for 24 hours without
pressing charges.

It was going pretty well and they had found him a new unit but one of
the sales assistants tried to bolster himself by saying that he'd spent
"all morning" sorting out Phil's replacement TiVo. Phil pointed
out that
it was 11:30am before he'd called Powerhouse and that it was only 1:30pm
at the time so the most that the lad could have spent on it was 2 hours.
Not sure what the lad said back but Phil obviously took offense and
grabbed him by the back of the head.

The ensuing tousle was a little confusing but involved Phil, the lad,
the manager, two security guys and an entire shelving unit of small
electrical appliances. The lad isn't keen to press charges however the
manager did somehow receive a bite on the ankle which may prove somewhat
more of a problem.

Hopefully Phil will be back soon and either I or he will let you know
more.
