I bet you have a proper switch in you bathroom.

We have recently done a job for a commercial client who has sensors in the
loos and washrooms, they seem to work on sound, its impossible to have a
pee
without activating them even without hitting the water (enough detail),
they
also pick up motion just moving your fingers is enough.
I will try to find out what they are and how they work.
