If the trial has closed then you missed the boat.

My trial was ordered on the 18th Dec and a home highway termination booked.

BT have no option for termination on thier automated attendant so 10 presses, then passed via 10 oprerators put on hold for 10 mins, i got cut off. It took a further 3 phone calls to book the termination.

The engineer arrived on the 21st what should have been a 2 min job (remove the HH wires) took 4 hours due to some admin cockup.

One 27th comfort noticed 'line cut' soon after the ADSL router would sync to BT but i assumed i needed my logon details.

The 31st came - my go live date. The bloody thing went dead. I waited until 7pm as go live was uptil then. Nothing.

It then was passed from a customer service issue to tech support on the 2nd. This morning the sync was established by BT but is still down.

At the momement i want my home highway back.

When i get the ADSL up i will post details of the kit used and how it performs.

Steve.

Steve - please expand further, the trial has now closed to new applications.

They're claiming the trial was a success - are you suggesting otherwise?
