WinProxy works well with XP. Tested.

WinProxy works well with Win2K :-)

If you only need bridging, you can enable it in the registry. Locate key
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters and change value
IPEnableRouter from 0 to 1 (DWORD).
