Maybe you missed the start of this topic Phil - but I need approx THREE HOUR 
timer to stop the lights going off on my in the study when I'm at the keyboard. 
 
No ... I did see that at the start of the topic but I did resist the temptation to suggest that whilst in your study you do something other than sleep! *grin* I frequently have less than three hours sleep at nights!
