Some you may recall I posted a few weeks ago about how two of my
AD10s had given up.

This was caused by a prolonged low-voltage mains supply condition.

Investigation showed that the relays have burnt out.

Well, I contacted Mike Huggins, of "Lets Automate", and although
the
units were just out of warranty, Mike agreed that this was an odd
failure, and has promptly replaced the units under warranty.

An example of how "customer service" should work.

Thanks Mike.

Cheers

Derek
