As you aware, I've had some problems with an incomplete install of my
Comfort system with HouseHold Automation (an Authorised Installer at the
time of procuring their services)
They have now sent me a notice for full payment, demanding all monies
outstanding. I've mailed Andrew at Comfort, who have no obligation on any
count, to inform him of the mess.
I've taken legal advice, and have been told to serve them notice to
complete the install, under the Goods and Services Act, after giving them
full explaination of the situation. It's been 9 months now, and I'm sure
you'll agree, that's not a reasonable length of time (nor was 6 months at
the last point of contact).
