I personally run a 450 macron unit, simply for it's ability to pull 40A on
+5v, anyone who uses one of the abit RAID boards may also want something
more substantial, with 8 IDE devices, you need a serious power supply

Enermax make the most powerful commercially available PSU I can find, 550W
