There is a humidity sensor for the Ocelot

Failing that you could attach a long piece of string to the power plug of
the pc - when the string gets damp, it contracts and pulls the plug out

Temperator monitoring would be a fun project, but is moisture
measureable via a PC connected sensor in any way?
