If you have a patch panel you can wire cat5 from  your master BT socket and
then wire the other end into your patch panel.

Why not consider using say 6 sockets on your patch panel, and daisychain
them together on the rear of the panel, then from this you can patch the
relevant cable out to the extension, you could use more than 6, (I used 6,
as I only have 5 or so extensions round the house)

If you follow this method you can then patch in as many extensions as you
need.
