Welcome to the front of the progress curve. :D These same people will not
believe that homes didn't used to be automated in ten to twenty years time.

People like us had electricity, fridges, phones, computers, internet access
and home theatre (or in a non-technical field, en-suite bathrooms) when
everyone else was still thinking "why would *anyone* want that?"

Personally, I *LOVE* the fact that my friends think it's all a bit strange,
right up until they see something uber-cool.

Ian.

.....think we are all mad...?

I have just come back from the weekly, "down the pub cos its
Friday"

<Background>
Included in group were web developers, a few project managers , and a
couple
of analysts (I fall into the latter).
</Background>

Anyhow the conversation came onto how I was getting on with home
renovations
etc.. and I happened to talk a bit about some of the HA I have been
doing....... now for a IT literate bunch, they thought I was completely
mad.... (I happened to show a couple of them my WAP site), but they cannot
understand why anyone would want to do any HA?

I have come to the conclusion that I either need therapy, or to find a new
job :-)

So will this always remain a "cult" activity, and is ukha_d the
only place
to gain sanity?

Daniel
