People,

This maybe of interest to you. I have an old Pentium Pro 200, which has two disks in. I run it as my internet gateway and file server. It is set to power save. The disks turn off regulary. There is no monitor attached.

I have an old electric meter, which I have sent back to zero and connected the pc to it. Started it at 9.16 today so will keep ad eye on it. This will allow me to let you know how much it uses in 24hrs, and then a week.

Regards,

Paul
