I spoke to BT a few weeks ago to try and find out if my exchange will be converted (my area is on the conversion map on their website). The answer was that it has not been converted and they have "NO FURTHER PLANS TO CONVERT ANYMORE EXCHANGES".

 

So unless BT decide to change their plans - if you haven't got it you are not going to get it anytime soon :-(((
