Post over on the homevision list. There are folks there that can help with
at least a partial recovery. Not what you have in mind but something to
start rebuilding with.

Look through the homevision archives as well. I think it was this year that
some guy had the problem. Look for the thread 'downloading HV schedule from
HV to PC' and in particular messages from Schelte Bron. This is the guy who
wrote HV for Linux and seems dead helpful.

I have just come home to find my server crashed for the first time in over

year.Not only that it has corrupted the Homevision file...now im in deep
doo
do,or am I??

The file has not only been corrupted it has disapeared.Luckly homevision is
still loaded with the config file but I now do not have a copy of the file
and nor does the software.What can I do anyone???

Is there a way to get the config file back from homevision??


Please help someone.
