I'd recommend it, being from a tech background (and having no=20
plumbing experience) I'm quite chuffed to have a heating system that=20
runs self-diagnosis and informs me what's wrong with it. Not sure how=20
much the Comfort interface costs, that could be the stumbling block.=20
Wonder if there's a way to interface straight to the Smartfit from a=20
PC etc?

Incidently the immersion was on a switched spur off a 30A ring main,=20
and the central heating was wired on the old power shower connection=20
(16A) from a separate circuit on the fusebox - even better was the=20
fact there was no earth from the switched spur to the central heating.

Swapped it all around, put the immersion on the 16A separate circuit=20
and the central heating on the ring, as it only needs 3A max. Feel a=20
bit safer now the system is earthed properly :-)
