Remember this............

I have now unplugged the DDAR's uninstalled the Manager software, deleted
the Dell directory and the Manager directory, re-booted the server and
re-installed the manager program.

I then re-named the receiver.arf to .old and replaced it with the copy
kindly sent to me from Stuart Wyte and guess what? NOTHING.....

Stuart, your receiver.arf was complete was it not? by that I mean did it
need the upgrade bit?

I have now started again and this time from the original .arf file I ran the
patch file and still nothing!!! but this time the resultant file is 4055KB
in size.....

I will try re-booting this server and see what happens..............

Ho Hum...
