You could always set the ASUS to boot from bootp and tftp then it can
reread its config from the tftp server.

Subject: [ukha_d] ADSL Router

Hi,

Well my ADSL Service has finally been activated and I went for the ASUS
6000EV, it seems ok apart from the very big bug in the IP Filters and it
looses the rules if rebooted or there a powercut. No firmware update
till march they recoken.

My question is I've seen the Netgear MR314 that has built in ADSL
Support, 4 port hub and Wireless Access Point. Is it any good, better
or worse that the router I've got?? Its quite cheap action have it from
120quid.

Any others people would recommend

I need a fast answer as I have till Thursday to send this router back if
I have need too.

Kind Regards,
Chris Bond
