I am now :-) but i had HH 64k and downloaded many 650meg ISO's successfully. With no need to even check the MD5 it was so reliable.
 
Give me a shout if your still stuck i have the CD on my desk.

Thats 355 Meg, or 14 hours at 64k..

I'm installing Download Accelerator as we speak, lets see if it can help..

Use download accererator and schedule to collect in chunks
