no, no - I was getting major x10 interference and corrupted x10 signals.

So now I've taken the TW7223 out of the comfort cpu panel, extended the
data cable by patching it through cat5 (making some rj11 <> rj45
sockets),
slapping a 13 amp plug(with 5 amp fuse) on the TW7223, and then plugging
THAT directly into the CM12 - so there's eff all chance of signal loss
there !

What have you done?

Have you got your Comfort panel talking directly to Homeseer via the X10
interface, but not using X10?

explain please!!!!!!!!
