Stay
away from them!!!
Their web site is a crap, full of errors. My account gives
always
wrong balance. Today, I'm £40 in credit.
They
keep sending me Editor's choices, although I cancell them. I tried to
cancell
automatical resending (I bought books required to fulfill my quota), but no
way.
Then
they keep me charging for some delivery stamps for returning unvanted
editor's
choices.
I
have
sent at least 20 mails to them, and it seems that they don't understand
english
well.
I
became so pissed off that I became rude at the end, but no help. I'm still
chasing them for 2 books that I ordered in December and I'm asking them
last six
months for details of transactions they did on my account but I still
didn't get
them.

Has anybody got the january edition of the
above
magazine???
I need it to find out the order code of a
book,
and their amazing website just doesnt seem to think the book
exists!
Though I know it was in the
magazine.
