Ironically we can still access some newsgroups at work, we are just
blocked from POP3, Webmail, Chat sites, Mailing Lists
etc.
The
trouble with newsgroups is you end up reading the messages at work then the
same
ones when you get home. At least with email, one you have read it you dont
get
it again.

in
work :(

Well it has taken a lot of
people and a few years but we now finally
have our very own UK
oriented HA newsgroup!
The control message for creation was just
issued so it will take a
short time for the news servers to propogate
the group but it does
now exist.
