Well it has taken a lot of people and a few years but we now finally
have our very own UK oriented HA newsgroup!

The control message for creation was just issued so it will take a
short time for the news servers to propogate the group but it does
now exist.

The control message is at the end of my message for those that have
not seen it on their news server yet.
