You have no support, and that's the worst. There's no e-mail address to ask for help, and when you finally find one you don't get any response.

So, if everything works fine, they are great (cheap). But if you run into problems and you need something from them, then you're f****ed.

I don't know if they improved recently. The last time I tried to deal with them (I had one domain hosted by them) was two years ago.

And I'm still receiving two copies of each of their newsletters. 

They say to unsubscribe to log in controlpanel, but I don't have account with them anymore !!!

Does anyone have any experience or know of anyone with experience of
UK2.net's RAQ servers.

I've heard bad things in the past about them, but if you pre-pay for 3
years you get a whole RAQ-4 for ~£12 a month.
