I'm awaiting Keiths Switcher :-)

 

I liked the look of the QED systemline stuff - but too pricey for me.

I had a look at http://www.livingcontrol.co.uk/ which looks pretty good - but again too pricey for me :-(

 

So I really want Keiths Switcher :-)

I'm still pondering what to go for in the way of a whole-house audio
(and video?) distribution amp. I need 4+ zones, pref 6+. Controllers
running off Cat5e with IR receive would be good too and some way of
patching in and overriding/mixing any zones audio with a paging
signal (such as announcements from HomeVision/PC etc) would be good.
I'd prefer a central amp running to remote speakers.

I've looked at Kustom/Nuvo units from www.kustom.com which look good
but haven't found supplier in UK yet (or US supplier that will ship).

What do you use? Any recommendations / 'steer clears'?
